We want you to be completely enamored with your Sophia Webster purchase, but if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all designer packaging and protective soles intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items inside the original designer box and secure them within the protective shipping carton to ensure they arrive safely.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal and affix it firmly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and retain your proof of postage; your refund will be processed once our team has inspected the items.
